Reign Hair & Co COVID Update for Reopening

To our amazing clients...We want to thank you for your patience during these challenging times and hope you and your family are safe. As you know, the State of Nevada has put salons in Phase-1 of NV "Road To Recovery." We will be reopening our doors May 11th 2020. With all this excitement comes new rules and guidelines the salon will be following per the State of Nevada and Nevada State Board of Cosmetology. We understand that this "new normal" may be different and unfamiliar but rest assured that the salon is working very hard to putting yours and the stylists safety first. Please carefully read the information below on how your next appointment visit may change.

1. Mask are MANDATORY (no mask no service)
2. Arrive at time of appointment (do not arrive early)
3. Plea​se come alone (unless you need assistance)
4. Drinks will no longer be provided
5. Bring minimal items with you to your service
6. NO blow drying will be provided (this is temporary)
7. One appointment per stylist at a time
8. Stylist will continue to offer retail, however at this time, we ask that only our team handles product.
9. Clients will be expected to wash their hands or use sanitizer upon entering the salon
10. Clean/sanitized capes and smocks for each guest.
11. Team and guests may receive a temperature check prior to entering premises.
12. Appointments are to be shortened and add sanitizing breaks are to be added in-between.
13. NO SYMPTOMS will be allowed in the salon (If sick, coughing, difficulty breathing, temperature of 100.4 or higher, taking care of someone who is sick, quarantined due to having Covid-19 or someone in your household in the last 30 days please let your stylist know and they will reschedule you.)

​We ask that you be patient with your stylist and know they're doing everything to accommodate everyone. Please understand appointments may be pushed back and that your stylist can only do so much with the time they are given. If you have any questions or concerns contact your stylist before your next service.
