I’ve rebranded! Your Inner Flow represents the evolution of my healing work beyond lymphatic drainage alone. Got certified in reiki 1&2!! Coming soon! Reiki supports the lymphatic system by reducing stress and promoting relaxation, which can improve circulation and overall immune function. While it doesn’t directly move lymph, it helps create a balanced state that supports natural detox and healing.
