Debbie Moss started her hairstyling journey 30 years ago, and it’s been a productive road leading to exactly the right balance for herself and her clients. Moss’s passion for hairstyling is rooted from the creativity and artistry of the job. She enjoys transforming her clients’ confidence through a simple change in their hair style or hair color. Having worked in high-end salons for years, Debbie wanted to have more creative freedom. She wanted to offer services that were truly personalized to her customers’ hair needs. This inspired the opening of her own place. Moss opened Shears Perfection located at 1129 Hunter Lake Dr Suite in Reno in 2019 after closing her salon at Casazza Drive. In 2022, Moss sold the salon to her co-worker, Rocio Yarhi. She is still working in the salon but now, on her own desired schedule. Moss believes that her clients continuously return to her because of her ability to listen, pay attention to detail and her extensive experience. In the first photo, Debbie Moss, a Goldwell Master Colorist with decades of hairstyling experience, offers hair services at Shears Perfection Salon. Her specialties range from hair coloring, extensions, hair cuts, highlights, bridal hair and makeup, Keratin treatments and more.
