School is back in session and lake days are wrapping up for the season. So why would you want to be tan? Getting a spray tan late in the season can help you maintain a healthy and radiant complexion as your summer tan fades. It can also provide a confidence boost, especially when wearing fall outfits. Back on track with the new school year! Maybe not with making my bed but one thing at a time!

💪 After a little break, I’m excited to dive back into my health and fitness routine. My top priorities when getting back on the bandwagon are
1️⃣gallon of water a day
2️⃣get in all my protein goals
3️⃣daily collagen
4️⃣25 or more grams of fiber per day 🌟 Consistency is key, and I’m ready to prioritize my well-being once again. But remember, safety first in the summer sun! 🌞 Don’t forget the sunscreen and stay hydrated as we crush those workouts and make nutritious choices together. Let’s embrace this journey while taking care of our skin and health! 🥗🏃‍♂️

What is the difference between a good aftercare lotion and a tan extender?
A good lotion will keep your skin hydrated and lock in natural oils. This is super important! It will help maintain the tan you have and produce a fade that isn’t splotchy. You’ll use your lotion everyday, more than once a day. A tan extender does all of the above AND has a tiny bit of DHA in it. DHA is what is in spray tanning solution and self tanners. You start using a tan extender about 2-3 days after your spray tan, every other day, once a day. It will help with a pretty fade but also pulls your tan through longer. If you’re worried about a tan lasting, do us both a favor and pick up an extender! You’ll be glad you did.
