Today was a really hard day to get started but I did it!!! The weights were extra heavy and the time went by a lot slower but I pushed through…..

Why???? Because consistency is key!

Being consistent with working out, saying NO to sugar 90% of the time, taking my supplements, getting enough protein….its hard work!

But feeling this good is worth every second, worth every penny, and worth every oatmeal raisin chocolate chip cookie I say not to 😳 🍪
