Celebrating 10 years of marriage today 🤍

From a young age I knew I wanted to get married at the age 23. It’s my favorite number and It’s my golden year. I was lucky enough to meet Aaron when I was 21 and we hit it off so fast. Long story short we got married when I was 23 and he made me dream come true. So of course I had to get married on the only 23rd in the year 2014 that was on a Saturday. 🤍Aug 23, 2014

Being a mom is what I was born to do.

When I was figuring out what I wanted to do for work I knew that I wanted to do something creative and have a flexible schedule. And I have both!

I absolutely love being a hairstylist for so many reasons. One being able to schedule clients around spending time with my kids. The last two weeks I have gotten to volunteer at camp a few days and still work the other days.

I appreciate my clients working with my crazy schedule this summer. 🤍

Last year I got to style hair for many brides on their big day.

I absolutely love romantic big braids like this one. Braids are a great way to keep your hair out of your face and show off the details on the back of your dress. Big soft braids photograph so beautifully too with all the texture and detail. For this gorgeous bride we added baby’s breath to her hair and it was absolutely stunning.

A little bit about me, one year ago this handsome K9 became a part of our family.

This time last year I was driving cross country from Indiana back Reno with my husband and our new police dog Ace.

I’m not going to lie I was so nervous to meet Ace at first, he’s so big and intimidating, but we quickly bonded on our road trip.

I never thought in a million years that a police dog would be part of my family. He is the perfect addition and love that he has my husband back when they are working. My boys love him so much and he’s so good good with them.

How handsome of a dog is he?! I’m such a proud K9 mom 🤍

It’s the most wonderful time of the year and you deserve to look your best! Big hair is the perfect accessory to your holiday outfits.

Being a parent is one of the hardest jobs, I question myself every day if I’m doing enough for my boys.

Sunday was a big day for our family, my husband and I dedicated our boys at church 🤍 which means we made a commitment to raise our boys in a Christian house hold. Something that made this extra special is that we dedicated the boys at the church I grew up going to.

It really does take a village to raise kids and we so lucky to have all the love and support that we have to raise the best little humans.
