It’s simple. Replace higher sugar items with plant based alternatives. This is my favorite way to pancake for a hot breakfast before school or anytime!
•2 scoops vanilla Arbonne vegan protein
•2 cage free eggs
•Splash of sunflower or other healthy oil
•Almond milk to pourable batter consistency, mix lightly, small lumps are ok

Overnight Veg salad! 💥
1. Whatever’s in the veg crisper
2. + Protein of choice: peacans, garbanzo beans, cooked chicken, or have your vegan protein shake for dessert 🍗 🌰🥤
3. + Dressing: oil, I like Avacado or walnut oil because it’s high in monounsaturated- good fats, ACV, squeezed lemon, nutritional yeast,
Bragg organic sprinkle (or your favorite blend onion powder, rosemary, thyme, onion powder)
* tastes best after overnight marinating 🌙
* lasts for days so meal prep ahead extra!

His & Hers work at home lunch date♥️
Half plate veggies; brown rice for the complex carb, chicken simmered with my fave three red spices: smoked paprika, chipotle, and cayenne pepper. His has more chicken; I prefer adding pumpkin seed and ground flaxseed for crunch, protein, and fiber. Post pic added his salsa: find one with only 1-2 g sugar/serving. I used homemade dressing: whole lime, lemon ½, ACV, EVOO, 1/4 Avacado blended.
