Last weekend I had the honor of attending the Women's wellness retreat at the absolutely beautiful . .truesdale with True Belongings set up an amazing restorative weekend, where I met and connected with many amazing women!
I also truly felt a breakthrough while there. Tori had an amazing right-hand named who worked hard along with the other organizers to create a truly beautiful, safe, and nurturing atmosphere. I highly, highly recommend Tori's retreats! She has another coming up in March! Make sure you check that out!

Definitely a perk of staying the night at the retreat!

What an amazing weekend this last weekend was! I went to the Reconnect and Restore: A Holistic Women's Retreat with True Belongings and met some truly amazing women! I had my very first sound healing with Giselle Valentina
(beacons.ai/ggemspowers)
and a breath work session called Reset Breath work with Shelly Belk Coaching, Yin yoga with ChaCha King with Soul Fire Collective, spent the night at an absolutely stunning location, and learned some very important truths about myself. I feel like this weekend I had a bit of a breakthrough and it definitely has me feeling very motivated for the future!
A couple lessons I learned is that I have more control over my emotions than I've thought, I'm stronger than I thought, and that having a collective of women come together with this restorative mindset can be life-changing.
Please check out the True Belongings page, as there is another retreat coming up in the spring and many other events that Miss Emily FitzPatrick organizes. Invest in yourself and make your body, mind, and soul a priority. 🌞 (I also highly recommend Tori's organization help! She came over and got everything together and done so fast and efficiently! Get some extra peace of mind that way! It truly helped me!)
I want to thank Tori Truesdale and Emily FitzPatrick especially, not only for having me out and including me in such a beautiful event, but to also tell them how appreciative I am to have had this opportunity.❤️🙏❤️
P.S.
I ended up being very thoughtful and so present with the environment and energy, that I only have a few pictures of the surrounding locations and absolutely no pictures of any hair and makeup I did. Please laugh with me about that one, but understand what an awesome experience this was.
