EFT (Emotional Freedom Techniques) is a powerful way to clear and heal the emotional body. This com So instead of 'talking it out', 'Tap it Out'!
For many years, the only way we had to heal from emotional pain and trauma was to "talk it out". At best, this enabled us to come to a mental understanding or acceptance but didn't offer a way to clear the energetic disruption. EFT, or 'Tapping' now offers us a way to really clear emotional pain and trauma, as well as limiting beliefs.
