Consultations are the most important part of any service. I’ve been doing Sisi’s hair since she was 15, so I know her hair history inside and out. That said, I still take the time to go in depth with every client’s hair history before ever touching their hair with lightener. Understanding past color, treatments, and goals is how we protect the integrity of the hair and achieve the best possible results.
