Using their hands, knees, legs, and feet to move you into a series of yoga-like stretches, practitioners provide a massage that is both deeply relaxing and energizing. Thai massage:

Normal appointment times are 10:30, 1:30 and 3:30.
The 3:30 time slot can be moved a little later to accommodate working schedules.
