Being “balanced” mind, body and spirit, takes practice.

Not too much mind chatter.
Not ignoring or worrying about your physical body.
Remembering your faith in the Universe/God.

I feel most aligned when I am able to be right her, right now.
Not worrying about what I was just doing.
Not worrying about what I need to do next.
Trusting that whatever comes in this moment, will be perfect.

Time with clients, friends, community is best (in my opinion) when you can be present.

I didn’t know I was an empath until my mid-40s.
By then I was physically ill and disconnected from my soul.

It took six years for me to understand and find what works best for me to stay grounded and start to understand who I am.

If you resonate with the label, I encourage you to clear and energize your physical and emotional body (frequency) at least daily.

If you do not, you run the risk of adopting other’s energy (frequency) as your own and you can loose your sense of self.

Moving our body with its natural rhythms takes practice
and when our body hurts, it’s an indicator of immediate need.

I suggest to clients frequently to listen to their bodies.
Ask what your body needs and listen.
Begin to interpret its language and give it what it desires.

Living the entrepreneur life was sparked by my grandfather.
He started a successful business out of his garage.

He used to whisper in my ear that I could do great things
and never once made reference to my gender.

He showed me how to pay attention and listen,
learn and practice what I read.

He took his time with me and for that I will be forever grateful.

I've already had inquiries about Samhain festivity dates, so I'm posting information early. I will post again as we get closer.

I used to make six figures working in corporate America
and now humbled at what I bring home yearly.

I created this business because it helps me stay grounded
and I am able to help others feel the same.

I wouldn’t trade it for the world.

So many other ideas run through my head daily.
This is the best season to begin to nourish
and prepare to move them forward in the Spring.

Reiki is a practice of offering a frequency of love,
by way of gently touching or hovering above the body.

The intention of what the client would like is set at the beginning of the session.
Both the client and practitioner focus on a determined phrase or mantra.

The body will relax and the energy will work through it.
I envision it like gentle strands of gold weaving in and out of cells, muscles and organs.

You do NOT have to be a practitioner to practice Reiki.
You can give Reiki to yourself, others or to a room or home.

What is life coaching, in particular energy coaching?

Life/energy coaching is not talk therapy, nor does it follow a program.

The connection of the coach and the client creates a sacred space of sharing of the client and deep listening by the coach.

The reason the client comes to the coach is gently explored and named. Whatever is blocking the client is evaluated for release and replaced with something else.

Questions from both sides are open-ended, requiring deep introspection and reasoning from a place deep, subconsciously held within the client.

The coach has absolutely no judgement, may offer some insight however, it’s the client who gets to choose how to proceed.

And the magic is…
the client opening up to all the possibilities
and finding their own path forward.

I have not learned how to live according to my body rhythms,
in coordination with the moon cycles.

I feel I am missing out on something important as I no longer cycle and as I leave the mother and enter the crone phase.

There is not a lot of research on how to be an older woman.

Looking for those women who were shown how to honor their body as they age.

I have climbed several mountains
and the last nearly broke me.

What helped me the most was my “inner knowing”.

Knowing...
my physical challenges could be overcome
the relationship I was in was not healthy
there was something else I was missing

Understanding the ins and outs of my own physical, mental and emotional energy was the missing piece.

Learning Reiki was the catalyst to seeing my soul.
