Parental Consent Required Under Age 18- We gladly provide our menu offerings to those under the age of 18. However, we do ask for signed in-person parental/guardian consent form at the time of appointment as we feel it's best that the client & guardian have the same understanding regarding all treatment information to achieve optimal results.
**If parental/guardian consent is not given at the time reserved we will not be able to continue with the appointment.**


Late Policy We understand that life happens. Rose View Skin Studio will do its best to fit in your entire appointment as long as it doesn't cause us to run late for the next client. However, if we must shorten the appointment due to a late arrival, you will still be charged the total amount for the service booked. Please plan to arrive a few minutes early to get settled in and enjoy the time you've taken for yourself. If you know you're running late, please call 715-793-7501 so we can be as prepared as possible to accommodate your appointment. If your arrival is 15 minutes or longer into your appointment time, you will have forfeited your appointment and will be asked to reschedule. Cancellation Policy - Rose View Skin Studio asks for your cooperation & respect in honoring our 24 hour Cancellation Policy. This allows time to fill the spot you reserved. For anything under 24 hours, you will be charged a cancellation fee of $50 or 50% of the total service fee, whichever is greater. We do try to be understanding & realize that things come up- everyone is granted 1 free "oops" pass. If late cancellations or No Shows become habitual, access to online booking will be denied for your account & a deposit will be required to reserve an appointment. No Show Policy- failure to show up for an appointment without proper advanced notification, will result in a fee, which is 100% of the total scheduled services. Online booking privileges will be suspended until this fee is settled, to reserve future appointments a deposit of 50% of the total service will be required. We do understand that things life takes unexpected turns- everyone is granted 1 free "oops" pass. If you decide to no show, we do ask that you call when you are able to let us know that you are okay as we care about our clients & when they don't show up for their reserved time we assume the worst. Please don't no show... it really stinks.

**Appointment reminders are sent as a courtesy. Please remember to keep track of appointment dates & times in order to cancel or reschedule in a timely manner to avoid incurring fees. If you have any circumstances that may affect the attendance of your appointment please let us know in advance.**
