When you don’t show up to your appointment or cancel at the last minute, I don’t get paid.

This isn’t just a hobby for me—it’s how I support myself and my family. That appointment time was reserved specifically for you, and when it’s left empty, I often don’t have enough notice to fill it with another client.

I understand that life happens, and emergencies come up. I’ve always tried to be flexible and understanding whenever possible. However, with my schedule being extremely limited, repeated no-shows and last-minute cancellations simply aren’t okay.

Please be respectful of my time, just as I respect yours. I do have a cancellation policy in place, and I will continue to enforce it moving forward.

Before skipping an appointment without notice, ask yourself: How would you feel if you showed up to work and weren’t paid for part of your day?
