I have been understanding over the years and appreciate every client who sits in my chair however my cancellation policy is fully in effect

My booking system sends out multiple texts to ensure everyone has ample time to adjust appointments if necessary

I am also very easy to get ahold of via text or dm if anyone ever needs to change an appointment

Confirming an appointment is also a MUST
I may reach out one time if an appointment is not confirmed by the 24 hour mark, if not confirmed or spoken to me directly the appointment may be subject to being removed
