Some don’t feel safe in traditional wellness spaces.
Some can’t leave home due to trauma, disability, or sensory needs.
Some live in rural areas with no access at all.

I’m building a mobile, trauma‑sensitive wellness unit to bring care directly to veterans, LGBTQIA+ community members, neurodivergent clients, disabled individuals, and rural residents who deserve healing without barriers.

People think healing is soft. But healing is violent. Because nothing is scarier than waking up one day and realizing... your whole personality was just a trauma response. That your calm was actually suppression. Your
independence was built on not being able to rely on anyone. Your perfectionism was just fear in disguise.
Healing means grieving the version of you who did what she had to just to feel safe. And letting her go is the hardest part.

Since 2010, my mission has been helping bodies heal through medically-based massage, manual therapy, and holistic modalities that support the body, mind, and soul.
Beginning in March, Thursdays will be Pay What You Can for 30-minute sessions.
These focused sessions may include:

This offering is rooted in accessibility — because healing should not feel out of reach.
