Owning your own business should actually feel like owning your own business.
You should be able to look at your customers, your community, your numbers, and your goals, then make decisions that make sense for your shop.
Maybe you want to add retail. Maybe you want to host events.
Maybe one product is perfect for your market and another one is not.
Maybe you want your branding, menu, and customer experience to feel completely different from the nutrition shop two towns over. Good. That is what independent business ownership is supposed to look like.
When you choose a wholesale nutrition supplier, look beyond the products. Ask about flexibility, education, support, and whether the partnership gives you room to build the business you actually want.
Your supplier should support your tea shop, not become the identity of it🍋🟩

Your best customer is still going to have days they cannot make it to your shop.
🏃🏼♀️➡️They travel. They get busy. The kids have practice. They work late. Sometimes they just do not want to leave the house.
That does not mean your nutrition shop has to disappear from their routine!
Dry teas give customers an easy take-home option and give shop owners another way to create revenue outside of the drink they make at the counter. Put them where people can see them. Let your staff actually talk about them. Suggest them before vacations, busy work weeks, weekends, gifts, and those mornings when somebody knows they will not have time to stop.
This is what we mean when we say stop thinking only about the single transaction.
