POLICIES

CANCELATIONS

Your appointments are very important to the UHC team members.

We totally understand life happens... However, we do require a 24-hour notice for any cancelation, change of scheduled services or reschedule. APPOINTMENTS CANCELED, CHANGED OR RESCHEDULED WITH IN THE 24 HOURS WILL BE CHARGED 50% OF THE APPOINTMENT FEE. NO-SHOWS WILL BE CHARGED 100% OF THE APPOINTMENT FEE.

f you are more than 15 minutes late without notification, you may be asked to reschedule and considered as a no-show. These fees must be paid in full to book your next appointment. Please understand that when you cancel or no-show, we have a waitlist of clients who would love to take advantage of that appointment opportunity

CREDIT CARDS

A credit card is required to be kept on file to schedule an appointment. We require 24 hours notice to CANCEL an appointment. In the case that 24 hours notice is not given for a cancellation/rescheduling, Urban Hair Co. reserves the right to and will charge the credit card on file. NO ADDITIONAL GUESTS, CHILDREN OR PETS

For the safety, relaxation and sanitation of our guests, Urban Hair Co. does not allow children, animals or additional guests without an appointment. NO REFUNDS

We strive to make all of our clients hair dreams come true, but, in the event of something needing adjusting please contact us as soon as possible, as we do not offer refunds of any kind. However, we would love the opportunity to make any needed adjustments. You have one week (7days) to let us know if anything needs adjusting & we will work you into the schedule at the earliest convenience. We are more more then happy to help! If you go to another salon for adjustments, then any work done by an employee of Urban Hair Co. is voided and no adjustments will be made. CELL PHONES & DEVICES

We ask all guests of UHC to please keep your cell phones on silent or to bring headphones. We want to ensure all guests while at their appointments have a relaxing, undisturbed experience

CONFIRMATION TEXTS

As a courtesy, you will receive a confirmation text that you will need to confirm. However, please understand that it is your responsibility to remember your appointment dates and times to avoid late arrivals, missed/cancelled appointments and the cancellation fee. At Urban Hair Co., we strive to make sure our valued clients have the best experience possible, from the minute they enter our doors to the moment they leave our incomparable Hair Salon. If you have any questions, just get in touch and we’ll be happy to help!
