We wanted to personally reach out to all of our current and future clients to share an important update. Beginning January 1, 2026, our appointment booking system will be fully transitioned to our website. We will no longer be using Square for booking your appointments.

Our phone number will remain the same: (804) 516-1542. You’re welcome to call or text us with any questions, concerns, or if you need assistance. Please allow up to 72 hours for one of our team members to respond.

Plus, we've introduced some new salon packages and updated our products range this year. We can't wait for you to try them out!

We want to stay in touch and connected with all of our lovely clients!
That's why we need your correct information so that we can easily reach out to you for any updates on your appointments or to let you know about any exciting salon promotions and events we'll be hosting this year.
We will be inviting you through our salon system to get this information from you.

The first one is After Pay, which comes with a small convenience fee of 6%. The second option is Diosa Credit, which is just like After Pay but with a recurring payment every two weeks until the payment is completed before your service date. There's a convenience fee of only 3% for this option.

We want to make sure that paying for your services is as easy as possible, so feel free to choose the option that works best for you!

How to use these payment options.
Download After Pay in your App Store, then we will send you a link where you can use After Pay as a payment method. To use these services, contact us via email or text message and we will give you all the 411 on how to use these amazing new amenities at our salon.

At The Modern Diosa, we truly value your appointments with our team professionals and want to ensure that we can provide top-notch service to all of our clients. We kindly request that if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, you give us a heads up at least 24 hours in advance. This way, we can make any necessary adjustments to our schedules and even accommodate others on our waiting list. We understand that emergencies or unforeseen circumstances may arise, and we will always do our best to work with you. However, if last-minute cancellations or no-shows become a recurring issue, we may need to charge a cancellation fee.

Please take a look at our general breakdown of cancellation fees below:
If you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, we kindly ask for a minimum of a 24-hour notice. If you miss your appointment without giving us any heads up, aka ‘NO-SHOW’ we'll have to charge you the FULL amount of your missed appointment. We hate doing this, but it's only fair to our team members who reserved that time for you.

We understand that life can get hectic, so we always send two text/email confirmations, 7 days and 24 hours in advance. If you don't get back to us or miss the message, please try to remember your appointment on your own to avoid any cancellation fees. But don't worry, if you're ever unsure about your appointment details, just give us a call and we'll be happy to confirm everything for you.

To ensure that we're able to uphold our cancellation policy, we kindly ask that all clients who book an appointment with us have a credit card on file. We won't charge anything without your approval. A week before your appointment, our salon system will send out a contract via email or text for you to review and give us consent to hold your card on file.
This card will only be used to comply with our cancellation policy.
