Hello Vivify community! In light of the recent precautions we all must take, I want to assure you that I, and other practitioners in the office, are taking extra sanitization precautions. We have hand sanitizer at all exits, and I am personally wiping down my equipment with alcohol, lysol wipes, and doubly sanitizing my cupping equipment.
That being said, I completely understand anyone who would like to move their appointments. Please just reach out. My family and I have been immune boosting since the Fall in anticipation of a hefty Flu season anyway, and I assure you that at the slightest sign of any sickness, I will reach out and reschedule anyone on my books.
Massage does help boost immunity and relieve stress, which negatively affects the immune system. Tressa Breindel, our Functional Medicine Practitioner and acupuncturist, also has many herbal remedies for boosting immune function. I am happy to refer you.
