Join us for a fun and safe Trick-or-Treat night throughout the Historic Richmond Depot District, Main Street Richmond IN, and Starr Neighborhood. Families are invited to visit participating businesses and Trunk-or-Treat stops for a for Trick-or-Treat.

REMINDER: This map may be updated as stops and routes may vary depending on staffing and candy availability. Candy is available while supplies last.

WOOHOOO!!! Let’s go downtown!!! Super excited for this news!

Big news for Downtown Richmond! We’re thrilled to announce a $30 million investment to restore and transform five of our city’s most iconic historic buildings.

Led by AP Development in partnership with Revitalize Richmond, City of Richmond, Indiana, and the EDC of Wayne County, this project will breathe new life into:

- Knollenberg Buildings
- Hittle Building
- Former BMO Harris Building
- Jenkins Building
- Odd Fellows Building

These beautiful landmarks will be restored into vibrant mixed-use spaces, with about 100 market-rate apartments and nearly 20,000 sq ft of retail storefronts. This is a major win for our local economy, small businesses, and the future of our historic Main Street.

Construction is expected to wrap up by summer 2027, but the momentum starts now. Stay tuned, we’ll be sharing more about the plans, progress, and what this means for our community.
