I've been down the road of over-cleansing in hopes of having the "cleanest" skin. When in actuality, over cleansing can strip away your skin's natural barrier and can trigger excess oil production, breakouts, irritation, and sensitivity. If you workout during the day, pack some micellar water and a lightweight moisturizer to keep your skin fresh and bacteria-free. 🌟
