Henrico Detectives Investigating Fatal Shooting Incident Along Brook Road

(Henrico County, Va.) – Henrico Detectives have charged one person in connection to this homicide investigation.

James Neal Johnson, 30, of Henrico, has been charged with one count of possession of a firearm by a convicted felon.

Police are looking for him because he was caught on camera at Target, located at 11301 Midlothian Turnpike in Chesterfield, VA in May taking pictures of the underparts of unsuspecting women and little girls. If you see him, report immediately. He also apparently has one arm bigger than the other, and skips leg day and has so much grease in his hair that the capital is Athens.
