This collaborative event offers vibrational healing, connection through breath and touch, and time for integration after our practice. Maile will create her soundscape using Crystal Tones Alchemy Bowls, Rain instruments, chimes and other healing vibrations. Elena will come around to each attendee and offer energy healing through hands on touch.

Foundations of Meditation🧘♀️ Join us for a weekly mediation series focusing on The Breath, The Body, Our Emotions, + Thoughts and Loving Kindness. Each week will be centered around these themes diving fully into our practice of silence, stillness, and intention.
✨Tuesday Evenings starting 10/13 at 6:30pm ET In-person ONLY at our RVA studio *Note: This class is a 4 weeks series to help participants create a consistent practice.
🪶 Solay Howell is a certified mindfulness meditation teacher and shamanic practitioner. Her teaching blends esoteric mysticism with trauma-informed mindfulness, offering a gentle, insightful approach to awareness and healing. She is a graduate of Tara Brach and Jack Kornfield’s Mindfulness Meditation Teacher Certification Program & produces courses and live events for renowned spiritual teachers including Eckhart Tolle, Tara Brach, Jack Kornfield, and Caroline Myss.
These 3 bowls all play a note of G! But what makes them sound so different? Each of these bowls is playing at a different frequency: 100hz, 200hz, & 400hz
