If these polices do not align with your expectations I completely understand, but I may not be the right Nail Tech for you.
Booking an appointment confirmed that you have read understood and agree to these policies.
Kindness and mutual respect are expected at all times.
Please notify me with any allergies or medical concerns before your appointment.
Deposits:
A $25 deposit is due at booking to secure appointment.
Deposit goes towards your scheduled service unless you cancel and deposit will be forfeited.
Birthday discount!! you’ll receive 20% off your service during your birthday month!!
Courtesy confirmations:
I will send reminders by text 24 hours in advance.
These are a courtesy; your appointment is your responsibility.
Late arrivals:
Please try to make your appointments on time, if you are more than 10, you will need to reschedule.
Please arrive prepared for your appointment by knowing your desired nail design, arriving on time, and allow allowing enough time for your service. This helps ensure the best results in a relaxing experience for everyone.
Please send nail inspo in advance so I can reserve adequate time.
No inspo?? No problem - I’ll take over!! if you’re undecided when your appointment begins it’ll be Nail Tech choice, and I’ll create something beautiful for you!
Your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. To respect both my time and other clients time, is why these policies are in place.
These policies help me protect your time, my time, and other clients schedules and health of every client.
I’m committed to a clean, safe, on time services, and beautiful results.
I believe in quality over quantity so appointments are never rushed. I take pride and providing quality work and giving each client the time and attention they deserve.
Appointment range from 1 to 3 hours sometimes 4 depending on what services you’re booking.
Cancellations:
I kindly ask at least 24 to 48 hour cancellation notice before your appointment to avoid a cancellation fee.
Cancellations will result in a 25% cancellation fee.
Standing appointments:
Clients with standing appointments who cancel or reschedule will need to wait until your next scheduled reoccurring appointment an earlier appointment is not guaranteed and will only be offered. If availability allows.
Clients with standing appointments are not required to pay a booking deposit as long as they maintain a good attendance and payment history.
Prices are not set they can change any time.
 Payment method:
I accept both cash and card, with car transactions there is a $5 processing fee.
Gratuity is always appreciated. Never required.
