I know things can come up last minute, but to save yourself a cancellation charge please reach out with more than 24 hours before your service. If you know you need to cancel/reschedule please don’t wait to get in touch! That gives me more time to fill the empty spot.⁣

I don’t like charging these fees, I’d rather be doing your hair than have an empty chair!
