This month, Virginia Eye Institute is proud to feature the Sisters of Peru Project Photo Exhibition throughout Westhampton Station.

The exhibition features images and stories captured by Natalie and Maya Wu during their travels through Peru and the Sacred Valley, celebrating culture, storytelling, connection, and everyday moments of beauty.

Join us for the Opening Reception on Friday, June 5 from 5–7 PM at Westhampton Station.

Please join us in welcoming Dr. Samantha Kozakiewicz to the Virginia Eye Institute Hearing Center team at Reynolds Crossing.

Dr. Kozakiewicz earned her Doctor of Audiology degree from Nova Southeastern University and brings experience in comprehensive hearing evaluations, vestibular testing, hearing aid technology, and custom hearing protection. She is passionate about helping patients find personalized solutions that improve communication and overall quality of life.

We’d also like to give a special congratulations to Ruth Westmoreland, who has been a valued COA and laser tech in the ASC since 2021 and recently graduated from nursing school. Ruth will now continue her journey with VEI as an OR RN, and we couldn’t be more excited for her.

✨ VEI Focus Friday Spring 2026 ✨

Our team came together last Friday to reflect on our accomplishments, celebrate 50 years of VEI, and look ahead to the future.

This past Saturday, our team returned for PanCAN's PurpleStride walk as Team Miles for Marc, honoring the life and legacy of our former COO, Marc Miller. 💜

Together, we walked to raise awareness, support families affected by pancreatic cancer, and fund critical research.

And thanks to the incredible generosity of our team and community, we surpassed our goal and raised over $5,000! 🎉💜 Thank you to everyone who walked, gave, and cheered us on.

This past Saturday, a few of our team members represented VEI at the Prince George County Schools Wellness Fair. Always proud to support events that encourage health, wellness, and community engagement! 👁️✨
