Wait just one minute... Its March. Anyone else feel like the fast forward button has been pushed.

Well here we are. Prayerfully everyone is good, enduring the hurdles and celebrating the accomplishments.
The seasons will be changing soon. Which means weather changes and the dreaded pollen.
If you suffer with allergies remember these tips:

1. Change pillowcases and bonnets Often
*You know how you see all the yellow on everything and everywhere. Guess what... its on your hair too. And when your laying down all that pollen is resting on your pillowcase. Make it a practice to swap pillowcases no further out than once weekly.
2. Shampoo Weekly
*Yes I know, not as easy as it sounds. However pollen can be a skin irritant and so your scalp can become itchy and inflamed. A quick shampoo can help. Or an antiseptic spray like the influance Rosemary Stimulating Spray, available in salon.
3. Don't be alarmed if you notice more shedding than usual
*This is known as seasonal shedding. Change in climate can trigger hormonal changes which can affect the hair follicle. However this is temporary.
This months featured product is great for managing shedding and keeping the hair cycle in production so new hairs grow out in place of shedding hairs.
Check out the video here facebook.com/giftedhands804 (http://www.facebook.com/giftedhands804) to learn more about the Follicle Stimulating Spray. Be sure to grab your bottle at the salon with a 10% saving all month long.

Lastly remember booking for loc services, 2 strand twist (medium and large ONLY), and box braids... available with our student stylist Tahsya. Be sure to subscribe, like, and turn on notifications to the YouTube channel. Her interview will be Aprils "lets talk about..." entry.

For March we will talk about hair growth... check it out below
