I am using a new smoothing line that will take the frizz out of your summer humidity hair. Here are some pictures showing what it does from start to finish and even a week after the service. This right here is why I love what I do...I always will respect my clients privacy, but she gave permission and I blurred any features so I could share on here to show anyone that might be interested in something like this....A client that has lost her hair slowly due to medication she has to take...after she saw herself with her new hair she cried and hugged me and thanked me... I was able to make someone happy and feel better about how she looks.
Seeing her cry because she is that happy is the real pay off...it's the best feeling in the world to know that I have helped make someone feel better about themselves!!!! If you know anyone that might need some advice on their options give them my number or share this post with them.

Bittersweet... This is a picture of the last color retouch, hilight, and haircut that I did at the Phenix location. Even though I am super sad to leave all the amazing friends that I have made during the years there, I am also very excited to be opening up our own store front salon with my business partner and bestie Carrie. One more week!!! I am pretty sure that everyone knows by now, but just in case I'm saying it here... This is my last week at the current location... It has been a great 3 1/2 years but it is time to move onward and upward...we will be opening our own store front salon in the Gayton Center at the corner of Gayton and Ridgefield (next to Ollie's)... I am still Hair Apparent and Carrie is still MirrorZ, but we have partnered together to open up a big salon called # Trends Salons.... An awesome client that gets a dimentional partial hilight using Redken 9N and and 9NGI. Stacked, just below the chin length, bob for the cut. I need to figure out this lighting thing so the pictures all don't have a yellow cast at the top. Never claimed to be a photographer.... I'll figure it out though!!

New "Autumn colors" hair makeover using gold and cooper tones with a dark chestnut underneath. Still trying to get the hang of starting to take picts of my clients. Going to try it outside next time for true lighting.

Golden hilighted locks on top to a rich cooper brown underneath. Then a nice 1inch curl all over. The makings of a beautiful new do for a Saturday night out on the town.
