Meet Michelle Hall, LMT 🤍

Michelle graduated from Lexington Healing Arts in 2024 and became a massage therapist because she genuinely enjoys helping people feel better in their bodies.

Her style leans toward therapeutic massage, with a focus on trigger point work and myofascial release. Her goal is for clients to leave feeling a noticeable difference in their body—less tension, less stress, and a little more ease.

Michelle has also completed additional training in prenatal massage, KT taping, cupping, and focused QL and lower-back release work.

One of her favorite parts of being a massage therapist is getting to work with different people and knowing she can make a difference in how they feel.

Outside of Massageology, Michelle enjoys spending time with her kiddo, reading, and going on a good “side quest.” She also loves both coffee and tea, so staying caffeinated is definitely part of the plan. ☕🫖

What Michelle loves most about the Massageology team is how kind, understanding, and supportive everyone is—and how easy it is to work together as a team.

Friday mood: officially off-duty. ✨

Meet Kyle Naugle, LMT 🤍

Kyle has been practicing massage therapy for 4 years and brings a style that blends deep pressure with relaxation. His goal is for clients to leave feeling less tense, more refreshed, and like their body has had a chance to reset.

One of Kyle’s favorite parts of being an LMT is the one-on-one connection he gets to build with each client. He enjoys creating a session that feels both effective and comfortable.

Outside of Massageology, Kyle has a pretty interesting background—he plays saxophone and was part of the Marine Corps Band. He also loves coffee, traveling internationally once or twice a year, and spending time with his family. Kyle has a wife, twin daughters, two dogs, and two cats.

Originally from Ohio, Kyle has called Kentucky home for the past 18 years.

If you ask the people who know him best, they’d probably describe him as entertaining—which fits right in with one of his favorite things about Massageology: the fun the team has together every day.
