We will be re-opening our phone lines this Tuesday May 19th at 9:00am for scheduling!

We hope to re-open the salon May 24th by appointment only but ask for your understanding in that your actual appointment date will likely be later than this date due to our new team scheduling format where each stylist is only working 2 set days plus 1 rotating Saturday. If you had an appointment before May 24th please reach back out to us to reschedule starting Tuesday.

RE-OPENING UPDATE

We have been working tirelessly to prepare to re-open since the governor announced his hopeful re-open date of May 15th. It was not until this past Saturday that details were given to what phase 1 would look like for each industry and now that we have this information we are planning on how to re-open the salon while adhering to these new official guidelines.

We will sadly not be able to open as soon as May 15th but will be able to provide everyone with a re-open date and a date we will begin taking calls for scheduling as soon as this week. This information is contingent on if the governor confirms he is re-opening the state on the 15th in his update on Wednesday.

Until then, we can let you all know some of the changes we have implemented to move forward with opening.

Due to capacity limits and guidelines placed we will be working on a team based schedule for Phase 1 (as stated in the image below). Teams have set days they will be working and each team will have a rotating Saturday.

We will be implementing a new “Contactless Checkout”. Simply download the PocketSalon App on your phone and that will allow you to check-in and check-out for your appointments. We will be providing more information regarding this at a later date but you can find the link for the download at www.rustiquesalonandspa.com/onlineordering

Masks will be required for both staff and clients throughout the duration of the service.

We will be providing a sanitation station at the entrance of the salon and have hand sanitation products placed throughout the salon.

The waiting area will be closed and reading materials removed. Beverage and snack services will also be suspended for the time being.

Appointments will be scheduled with a 15 minute sanitation time added in to ensure that each station is thoroughly cleaned for the next guest with a scheduled appointment.

We will be providing more information and specific details on how everything will work in this new normal as the week goes on. Thank you all again for your continued patience and support during this whole thing, we know it hasn’t been easy! We love you all and want to make sure that we are prepared to provide the best service we can in the safest environment possible!

Due to recent events and the government mandate, I will be temporarily out of the salon, for at least one month. I apologize to anyone that this affects within the next 30 days.
