Obituary for Mary Hazel Anderson at Oldham, Roberts & Powell Funeral Home Mary Hazel Rhodus Anderson, 69, passed away on Wednesday, November 6, 2024 at Baptist Health- Lexington. Mary was born on August 30, 1955 in Richmond, and was the daughter of Robert Buford and Imogene Adams Rhodus, both of whom preceded her in death. She was a longtime hairdresser at Hairmasters

It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of our dear friend and colleague Mary Anderson this afternoon at Baptist Health in Lexington. Mary was extremely devoted to her family, her profession and to her loyal clients. Her determination, enthusiasm for her craft and work ethic will be a lasting legacy to be remembered by all. Good bye for now, dear Mary. We love you!

To paraphrase Mark Twain, the rumors of our retirement have been greatly exaggerated! While it is true that Nancy and I have moved to Lexington to be closer to our daughter (while we still have the strength and energy to do it), we want to reassure our loyal and wonderful clients that we are NOT, I repeat, NOT RETIRING!
