UPDATE: We are planning to open our doors again this Friday the 15th. We will open the phones back up this Wednesday the 13th. Clients who have had their appointments canceled will receive priority and we will be calling you shortly (our number is 804-214-3214 and will appear as a call from Colonial Beach, VA). For those of you wanting to get in please be patient with us, we will do our best to get you on the schedule as soon as possible. I want to assure all of you that we are taking every necessary precaution to keep you and our staff safe. We will disinfect all doors, handles, stations, products, chairs, shampoo bowls, bathrooms, our front desk and any other frequently used areas and surfaces. We will do this process upon opening, before and after each client comes in, along with thoroughly washing our hands. It is required that all staff wear a mask and we are requiring that every client must wear a mask as well. At this time we are also requiring that you come alone to your appointment. We want to thank you all for your continued support and can not wait to see you again. -Brittany

It’s with a spirit of optimism and love for humanity that we are closing down the salons and barbershops for at least one week. If you have an appointment this coming week, we will be in touch to reschedule. We will re-evaluate the situation on Sunday and provide an update at that time. The more we can all do our part right now, the faster the IB and BHB families can get back to doing what we love most: taking care of you. We are taking care of our employees who rely on the businesses being open to make a living, and will continue to do so for as long as we possibly can. Let’s stay home and wash our hands, but, no matter how dire the hair situation gets, let’s refrain from trimming our own bangs or box-dyeing our hair. On a serious note, this is a tough time for our industry and we are going to need your help getting people back on their feet. The best way you can help is to be ready to book your appointments when the phones open back up. We’ll see you when we re-open, hopefully soon, and it will be an honor to give you the Good Hair once again.
