Grief circles are safe spaces where people from all walks of life can come together, feel heard and be seen, share their words of medicine, feel the power & support of community, and transmute their energies and feelings for the greatest good.

Pain & grief are one of our many teachers. Allowing yourself to deepen your connection to it all, to allow it to be heard and felt, can seem like a lot…because it is. True mastery & bravery entails moving feeling it & moving through it, as it will always be a part of you. We cannot bypass these experiences, or we suffer more. This energy can be transmuted into something beautiful, too. We are all here for you and each other.

What a beautiful and meaningful time, full of synchronicity, intuitive guidance, and connection. Thank you, .farms for hosting this Salve-Making Workshop, and thank you to the kind souls who joined us in the space. (We all did a bit of ecstatic dance, too! 🕺💃🏻)

The group made a collective salve blend and picked their own lovely essential oil blends. The idea was to use your own inner compass as to what your body, mind, and spirit need during this time in life. No overthinking, just feeling and doing. I think we did just that & more, and I am honored to have seen that process unfold. Blessings to this dreamy and serene space; hope you can join us next time!
