I get asked all the time "how long will this take to heal" "when can I get back to normal activity level" this chart is pretty good indicator of healing times we see.

I'd love to hear from clients/patients; what are the benefits you've experienced since working with me. Be it with massage, P-DTR (AKA the voodoo), shockwave, red-light? What other things would like to see offered?

I have availability next Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday. Go online today to book your sessions.
