A dear friend is more precious than gold!!!!
These sweet boys go to preschool and church together and it was so adorable to see them hugging each other at church this morning…
I cannot help but think that neither one of these little boys even recognize that their skin color is different… all they see is their buddy…
Children are not born prejudice…
Prejudice is taught ..
It exists on both sides and I hate it!!!!!
Isn’t it soooo ridiculous that we judge people by the color of their outward skin….
Not on their hair or eye color but their skin color…
We must do better ….

It is with a very heavy heart that I share that our beautiful Aly stepped into heaven this morning…
Aly was a true woman of faith, such a kind and gentle spirit who loved her Jesus and her family with everything she had…
For 2 years she was our speaker at “Our Laughter in the Rain “ gala and she touched so many lives …
I know that Aly would tell us all not to give up and to trust that “ All things work together for good to those who love the Lord”… and “ Even If” our prayers are answered in a different way than we would choose, God is still good….
Please pray for Josh, their precious daughters and her family…
This is a tremendous loss and they need us all to intercede for them….

These amazing students from Steward School in Richmond came to visit Planet Hair today and bring me hair for my kids!!!!
I was soooo impressed with their manners and kind hearts…
