Our one-on-one evaluation offer assistance to create personal marketing strategies for your team. With over 10 years of salon ownership, the founder of IEC works diligently with the team so stylists will have hands on leadership experiences. MISSION STATEMENT

IEC was built on strength, dedication, mentorship, perseverance, and love—with a vision to create opportunities for those who dreamed of becoming entrepreneurs in the beauty industry.
Over the past two decades, we have experienced victories, challenges, growth, and obstacles that tested us—but through it all, the legacy continued.
On August 15, 2026, we celebrate 20 YEARS! 🥂✨
We celebrate our community for believing in us, supporting us, and growing with us.
We celebrate every client who walked through our doors.
And we celebrate the beautiful IEC Team—past and present—who pushed through obstacles, poured into the vision, and helped us reach this incredible milestone.

Image Enhancement Center (IEC) is proud to celebrate 20 years of beauty, education, service, and community impact. As we prepare for our 20th Anniversary celebration on August 15, 2026, we are seeking community support to help provide book bags, school supplies, beauty services, products, and other resources for local children and families.
