- Keep the area clean
- Sleep on your back with your head elevated
- Use ice intermittently for swelling
DON'T:
- Massage or apply pressure to the treated areas (unless instructed
- Perform strenuous exercise or drink alcohol for 24-48 hours
- Expose the area to excessive heat (saunas, hot yoga) initially

Two-week follow-ups are essential.
At your 2-week assessment, we evaluate how the filler has settled, check symmetry, and ensure optimal results - and make refinements if needed.
