Did you know that you can be overloading your hair with protein?

Does your hair feel dry and brittle, straw like or constantly breaking?

Too much protein will cause your hair to stiffen up and break easier!

How to solve this issue; reduce or take a break from all your hair products that contain protein. Clarify your hair the next time you wash to pull any of those old products off your hair. Lessen heat tools until your hair has had time to detox where it is more prone to break currently. Consult with your stylist on any products they might suggest for you to switch to!

A little break down of my wash routine..

Volume Shampoo - wash 2x because we want to make sure you get all the product out you’ve used over the last couple of days and a fresh canvas for the other products to do their job correctly.

Normcore Conditioner - just a normal basic everyday conditioner

Incredible Milk Leave In - this has a heat protectant and smoothing agents to help with protect against blow drying and these are only a few benefits to this spray!

Volume Mousse - I massage this through my roots and whatever is left I run through my ends to give my hair some texture for styling. This product is great to promote volume and hold your style just a little bit better!
