I'm consistently investing in myself, continuing education and you. So let's look at my new toy for the shop. Note, I wouldn't use anything on you that I wouldn't use on myself.

Red light therapy is a science-backed, FDA-cleared treatment for hair loss. Red light therapy (or low-level light therapy) uses specific wavelengths of red or near-infrared light to stimulate cellular energy. For hair, it boosts blood flow, prolongs the growth (anagen) phase, and reverses follicle miniaturization, resulting in thicker, denser, and stronger hair.

The key is consistency. Generally, with 4-6 weeks of weekly use you'll see some results.

To my friends and acquaintances:
1. We came together? We leave together.
2. If you sit your drink, purse or phone down I'm watching it for you.
3. No you can't leave with any strangers we met while out or walk off without saying where you are going.
4. When I drop you off at home, I'm not pulling off until you're inside the house. 5.When I get home and I'm inside the house, I'll text you and let you know I'm home.
6. Violation of any of these rules and I will definitely speak on it. If you don't agree with how I like to roll I probably won't hangout with you again. I have to be able to trust you have my back like I have yours.
7. Being overprotective is better than being sorry.
