Ok, real talk time! 👏 I have been getting a lot of people asking about their roots. First, let me say that I am absolutely here to answer any questions you may have. I love hearing from my clients and always want to have an open (virtual) door. Here are answers to some of these questions.
#1: I am not making house calls. It defeats the purpose of social distancing and I’m not able to compromise on that.
#2: I cannot sell you hair color. It’s a liability to provide professional chemicals to an unlicensed individual.
#3: I cannot recommend a store bought color product. I don’t know what’s in them and there are just so many things that could go wrong. 📣

What I can do now is offer some temporary solutions. The key word is TEMPORARY. These are wash out products that will get you through that Zoom meeting but won’t actually permanently change your hair. I’ve posted some examples of these products. Color Wow is the only product that I have tried that you can fake highlights on dark hair with. I have not tried the Clairol version, but it may be a good dupe.
‼️ Just remember that with any product that coats your hair, it’s important to use a clarifying shampoo (followed by a moisturizing conditioner or mask) periodically to remove the inevitable buildup. I recommend Solu from Davines. 🚿
