I'm thankful for all of this rain we've been getting! But I'm also so glad we got to enjoy the coast before the rain came in. We stopped in Bakersfield and had a picnic lunch with the gone-too-soon babies. We had a really nice time walking on the beach, fishing, taking a long bike ride, swimming in the hot springs, eating Pismo cinnamon rolls, and the grand finale of the trip is when my hubby caught this 7 foot shark. So cool 😎

I spent a year studying and training safe exercises for Pregnant and Postnatal women. Now that I have my specialty certification, I can offer these classes to those who are interested. Fitness of mind, body, and soul comes in ALL shapes and sizes! 💙💙💙
