This is the part of the job I don’t love. April brought some unexpected cost increases from distributers. Osmosis is still by far (in my opinion) superior to most lines out there. The results over the past 15 years speak for themselves. I don’t I want quit them. However I wanted to warn those coming in that my next restock, will have an increase on price. Not everything, but most of the serums. Feel free to message me before you come, and I’ll update you on cost.

I will continue to offer the multi line discount to make it more affordable for bulk products.

Why am I a big proponent of lymphatic drainage??

1: Our world is toxic, and we are walking around every day in defense of that toxicity! It puts stress our body.

2: Proof is in the pudding! (Woke up today swollen, puffy, and the bags under my eyes were out of control) I did a quick 2 minute routine to drain lymph, and you can CLEARLY see the difference between the left and right side of my face. Even got a little brow lift 😉

If you have followed along my page over the years, you know how I feel about keeping our lymphatic system open.The big six, stretching, drinking water, moving your body, dry brushing, castor oil packs, early morning sunshine, to make sure you have enough vitamin D,vibrating plates. All inexpensive ways to assist the drainage pathways. You don’t have to be obsessive about it. Just be mindful of it 🙏🏻

I cannot encourage you enough to look for alternative ways to battle the inevitable aging. Aging is a beautiful thing.. It is also inescapable. It’s a gift to “age” if you really think about it. Our world is full of quick fixes, fake fillers, toxic chemicals that freeze muscles, pills and shots for weight loss, you name it you’ll find it. The thing is .. most quick fixes come with serious side effects that you may not see until years later ⚠️

I encourage you take an alternative approach to what aging looks like. I encourage you to embrace aging like a gift, and find ways to love the gift of your body and skin. Take care of it like the lord has asked us to. With love and respect.

Today I’m sharing two Wisdom Wednesday thoughts. As I was out this morning eating my hair in the wind before work, feeling as if I was going to blow off the mountains 💨! I was thinking about how my time with the lord in the word 🙏🏻matters. More than anything else really, and I won’t let the devil take it from me. ALTHOUGH HE NEVER STOPS TRYING 👊🏼😡I will always do my best to find the time. It is honestly the only way I get through these hard long hard days lately. Did I already say hard? 🤪

In a secular sense this is how I “regulate… my nervous system” I am in menopause. My hormones are CHAOS, my cortisol is high, and those two things together shift me into my autonomic nervous system.. FIGHT OR FLIGHT! And since I’ve never been one to flight…. I fight. 💪🏼This doesn’t always work out in my best interest. Because I do hit a wall ( I am human) But as I’m out here fighting through it….. I’m pondering on how good God is. How he gives us strength when our eyes are fixed on him, staying in obedience to his call on our heart. Do you hear him? This is how we RENEW our minds. Sometimes I am forced to be STILL and PRAY … (That’s God too) But today isn’t that day. So I am eating my hair 😂

Which lead me to thinking about the second picture in this post. NONE of this is new news….The reason I prefer holistic health is because both mindsets matter. I pray for a world that looks to GOD as he is our mighty physician while also understanding we are human with human responses. The whole picture matters. Because I’ve had the privilege of watching her grow and encouraged steadfastness along the way, she recognizes her part in her skin journey.
She sees that it’s about progress not perfection. She sees that good things take time 🙏🏻She recognizes her part, and the responsibility of her commitment to get to the goal!

Even today (Thanks for the pic 😘)She speaks to the fact that when she doesn’t follow her regime .. or eats things that trigger inflammation (in her gut) she sees the skin respond. I am so incredibly proud of her and how she is GROWING! There is no pill, magic marker, makeup, acid or anything other than committing to your health….that can make permanent changes. This goes for ALL things relating to health.

We need to be committed to the work! SPIRIT, mind, body. Follow that order and watch your health soar. (This can take time)

Our goal for Paige is to get through the hormonal chaos that happens in teen years… (and with some people more than others) With healthy real “Whole Foods”, lots of water, and a skin care routine that supports an inside out approach. We will get her through this without permanent scars. ✨
