I see a lot of people posting this as a statement. What does it really mean, a reminder to clients? Why do we remind something that should be obvious?

The truth is, it’s what you make it. If you want your service to be luxury, you have to make it luxury. You represent your business, your professionalism has to speak for itself.

If you want your clients to pay top 💵 for your services you have to make everything an ease - from booking an appointment to comforting setting and pleasant conversations.

Things that make people doubt the Luxe in a business:

💟 artists vibe and attitude
💟 miscommunication and poor consultation
💟 policies not in place / not made clear
💟 not making clients feel special
💟 prioritizing your time/life/stuff over theirs

Just like any job requires excellent soft skills, your business depends on them too. The difference is, in your business you (not your boss) take full responsibility for the lack of those.
