Join us in Friday evening in Kylee's Flow Theory lvl 1 at 7pm ✨️
We talked about heel work in Flow Theory lvl 1 and I loved watching my students explore with the new movements! 💕
Will definitely be adding more of this into my choreo in the coming months!

This is a hard announcement to post and I'm sad we have to but I'm also excited for Lou's next chapter of adventures in this crazy thing we call life! ♥︎
Make sure to attend one of her classes the next to weeks and give her a BIG send off to her next chapter!
Hopefully we will see her back in class as a student or back for some fun guest instructor workshops ✨️
