This was the goal, and we nailed it!!
She wanted movement without that “frozen” look, and that is exactly what we achieved. Notice how the forehead is smoother but still expressive 😍😍
You will see a few lines remain right above the brow. This was intentional. Treating that area more aggressively can weigh down the brows and risk heaviness or drooping. Good aesthetics is knowing what not to treat.

People always ask me how many units they need… and the honest answer is, it depends. There are general ranges we can reference, but Botox is never one size fits all, and I won’t know exactly what’s right for you until you’re sitting in my chair.
Things like your age, muscle strength, forehead size, and overall facial anatomy all play a role. Even how expressive you are or how your muscles move at rest can change your dosing. Two people can have the same concern and need completely different approaches to get the best result.
My goal is always to create a personalized treatment plan that keeps you looking like you, just more refreshed, balanced, and confident. Natural results come from treating the individual, not chasing a standard number.
