The Sunday is Funday (Mayor’s Picnic) is happening next Sunday (Aug 16) at Haynes Park in Rio Rancho. This is an event that benefits children’s programs in the Rio Rancho area, and is a wonderful opportunity to spend the day with the family outdoors! The pool will be open, there will be lots of fun activities for kids, food, vendors, and of course the silent auction, which is being held in the air-conditioned Community Center this year! There are lots of great items at the silent auction! Two of my contributions are Odi’s gift sets. I've been a busy little bee getting ready for a holiday bazaar. Here are some new gift sets that will be for sale. We'll also be selling individual jars -- and you can test out the products before you buy. The event is Saturday, Nov 8, from 10:00am to 2:00pm at the UNM Continuing Education Conference Center. Admission is free. And ALL proceeds will benefit charitable community programs in this area!

Beautiful day for a balloon ride!

What gorgeous weather we've been having! Greg and I were busy all day, and now it is time to relax. My favorite way to unwind is to apply good cream or lotion to my face, hands, elbows and feet and let the goodness sink in.
