This isn’t just another clinic.

Wellness isn’t always a supplement.

Sometimes it’s seven bags of apricots from a friend’s tree and spending a night learning how to make jam for the first time.

It wasn’t difficult. It was just slow.

And maybe that’s exactly why my soul needed it.

In a world that tells us to move faster, buy convenience, and stay productive, there’s something healing about making food with your own hands.

Today reminded me that health isn’t just what we eat.

It’s how we live.

About 70 days.

70 days until we open our doors, and honestly... I don’t have the words for how grateful I am.

To every person who’s followed along, shared a post, offered encouragement, challenged my thinking, given feedback, or simply believed in this dream before it even had walls—thank you.

This clinic was never built around me having all the answers. In fact, one of the biggest lessons in this journey has been staying open to learning, listening, and improving. Your feedback matters. Your ideas matter. This community matters.

My vision is simple: better access to healthcare that focuses on prevention, education, wellness, and helping people stay healthy—not just managing disease after it happens.

Don’t get me wrong—there is absolutely a time and place for Western medicine. It saves lives every single day. But if we want a healthier future for our children, our families, and our communities, we have to start investing more energy into prevention, early intervention, and empowering people to take control of their health.

This is my love letter to New Mexico.

To local businesses. To hardworking families. To the people who have felt unheard. To the patients who deserve time, attention, and someone willing to listen.

We’re building something special, and we’re almost there.
