• 48 hours’ notice is required for cancellations or appointment changes.
• Cancellations or changes made within 48 hours may result in a fee.
• No-shows are charged 100% of the scheduled service.
• A valid card on file is required for all appointments.
• Appointments rescheduled within 24 hours may be subject to a rescheduling fee, at the stylist’s discretion.
