To our amazing clients,

We truly understand that life happens and unexpected situations can arise. We always strive to be as understanding as possible. However, because we are currently booking several months in advance and maintaining a long waitlist, every appointment time is incredibly valuable.

When appointments are cancelled at the last minute, it not only affects our stylists, but also the clients who have been patiently waiting for an opportunity to get in.

We kindly ask that you respect our time just as we respect yours by providing as much notice as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule. Our updated cancellation, late arrival, no-show, and pre-booking policies help us continue providing the highest level of service while being fair to both our stylists and all of our clients.

Thank you for your understanding, your support, and for helping us create the best experience possible for everyone. We truly appreciate each and every one of you. 🖤
